Refunds

  • We offer a 7-day refund policy from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 7 days for a full refund.
  • To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Returns

  • If you wish to return an item for reasons other than dissatisfaction (e.g., damaged or defective product), please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product to initiate the return process.
  • We will provide instructions for returning the item. Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging, accompanied by proof of purchase.

Exchanges

  • If you received a damaged or defective product, we will gladly exchange it for a new one. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product to initiate the exchange process.
  • Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

Shipping Costs
